NEED ASSISTANCE?
CANCEL ORDER:
We are happy to cancel your order within 24 hours of being submitted. Requests must be received between 8AM and 4PM, Monday to Friday. Send to sales@thesurfaceagent.com with order number in subject line.

PICK-UP ORDER:
Order notifications and tracking information are sent to the email address you provided at the time your order was placed. To received emails, please add sales@thesurfaceagent.com to your allowed contacts list.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER:
Please visit the Orders & Returns tab listed in the Support menu for information on all order processing and returns policies, as well as instructions on how to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number.
